Today, we are pleased to welcome Dr. Jeanine Soucie to the team! Read on to learn more about her background and expertise, as well as how you can reach out to Dr. Soucie for one-on-one assistance on your next qualitative or mixed methods project (she’ll even work with your current dissertation advisor!).

Introducing Dr. Jeanine Soucie, Behavioral Scientist and Consultant, as Dedoose Certified Trainer

.

The newest addition to Dedoose’s team is Dr. Soucie, who is a behavioral scientist and consultant. She is currently focused on sustainable and impactful behavior change in the workplace. Dr. Soucie holds a PhD and an MA in Leadership & Change from Antioch University, as well as an MS in Training & Performance Improvement.

.

She has dedicated her life's work to assisting and supporting organizations in collecting and analyzing employee data to provide the best employee experience. Dr. Soucie also provides support for individual learning processes and progressing toward goals.

.

Her academic focus has been on organizational culture and culture change, as well as global approaches to work. Her dissertation looked at the interplay between organizational culture and ethnic culture and the impact that had on creativity in the workplace.

.

Dr. Soucie is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion and the differences and similarities across cultures. She remains sought-after for her expertise in cross-cultural approaches to DEI and learning. As well, Dr. Soucie is focusing her current research on neurodiversity and the workplace.

.

When not working or studying, she enjoys relaxing with her husband and their many pet children in their Oregon home (to be specific, they own: two dogs, two bearded dragons, two lemur tree frogs, two electric blue geckos, and one leopard gecko).

.

During non-pandemic times, Dr. Soucie enjoys visiting her two grown children in San Diego, CA or traveling globally. She and her husband have many favorite places, but Germany, Czech Republic, and Sweden are top of the list.

Training Availability

Dr. Soucie is available any weekday after 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time, and weekends are flexible. I offer trainings via Zoom. We can discuss fees, which are different if I'm doing a 1:1 or if I'm training an entire coding team.

.

If you are a student who is starting out on their dissertation analysis, she strongly recommends your Chair or Methodologist attend the first session to talk through the specifics of your research study. This way, Dr. Soucie will know what setup and functionality will work best. Students generally meet with her three to four times before they feel comfortable on their own, while Dr. Soucie is on standby to offer email support afterward for quick questions.
