All prices shown in USD. "Active Month" plans allow you to pay for only the months you login.
We offer two organizational subscriptions—both adaptable to meet specific needs.
The Premier Account is designed for teams, research groups, and/or departments who want PhD level support and centralized administrative responsibilities. Premier subscriptions are annual contracts, with multi-year contracts available upon request.

The Enterprise Subscription is designed for universities or large research organizations who require exceptional services and supports. Enterprise subscriptions are annual contracts, with multi-year contracts available upon request.

For anyone on an individual or small group plan, Dedoose will only charge you for the months you login to the app. For example, if you conduct data analysis for 3 months and then do not login for the next 6 months, you will not be charged for those 6 inactive months and your data will remain safe and secure until you return.
As a reminder, all new individual accounts receive your first 30 days free. After your free trial, you can transition to a paid account by paying within the app via the Account Workspace. For all payment options, please see this guide.
Yes! You can opt for an annual subscription by prepaying in the app within the Account Workspace. If you need to pay outside of the app, you can request an annual subscription to our support team via these steps. Annual and multi-year contracts are also available for organizations via our Premier and Enterprise subscriptions.
To establish a group account, follow these steps to either add a new user or invite an existing user to your account group. The small and large group discounts will be applied automatically within Dedoose and can be seen via the Account Workspace by the group admin.
