Managing your Account: Enter the Account Workspace
The Account Workspace allows you to edit and work with your user information and payment account. Clicking on the Account button will take you there.
The first thing to note is where your user information is. This is located in the left panel.
The section in the top right is where your Account Information is displayed. The information here will be that of the main account holder. Here you will find:
Under the Account Information panel you will also be able to see all users on the account. This displays everyone in your payment group.
In the Account Users Section you can:
Edit User Information: The main account holder can edit information for all users, while any other user on the account can only edit their own information
Add a User: This will allow the main account holder to create and add a new user to the group. If a user you wish to add and take financial responsibility for has already set their Dedoose account, you will need to contact us to add them to your billing account
